Adobe Connect Tips:
NEW: We recommend using the Adobe Connect player in Classic mode, as well as un-clicking the Chat option in the left sidebar. To find Classic mode, you may have to click the “i” (information) button first.
You can use the collapsible menu in the left sidebar to go directly to a particular slide, and the slider at the bottom of your screen allows you to move forward or back within a recording. Loading times will vary, particularly with longer chapters, based on your connection speed.

- Understand the Process Flow – This 53-minute video by Richard Vargas explains PMI’s thinking and how to put the processes that we will discuss in context. This information applies to the 50% of the exam that is predictive, so the link takes you to his video based on the 6th edition PMBOK® Guide. The exam is based on the Exam Content Outline (ECO) and not the PMBOK® Guide or other references. While the exam is not primarily based on the PMBOK® Guide, it incorporates principles from both the 6th and 7th edition guides. Note: the 7th edition incorporates Standards Plus, which includes the 6th edition processes, so you still need to understand them.
